What Data I Collect
Contact Forms
If you submit a message through my contact form (powered by Ninja Forms), I collect whatever information you provide — typically your name, email address, and message. This data is stored in my WordPress database and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Newsletter Signups
If you subscribe to my newsletter, I collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Analytics
I use Koko Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data. It tracks page views and referrer information in aggregate — no individual visitor profiles are created.
Cookies

Third-Party Services

Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning I earn a commission if you make a purchase through them. Clicking an affiliate link may set a cookie from the affiliate partner to track the referral. This does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate links are managed using the ThirstyAffiliates plugin.

- Contact form submissions — retained until the enquiry is resolved, then deleted within 12 months
- Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data — aggregated and anonymous; retained indefinitely
- Cookie consent records — retained as required by law (typically 12 months)
