Frost collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking, and the app makes no network requests at all.
What stays on your phone
Everything Frost knows lives on your device: the fridge you paired, its name, the temperature and voltage history it records while connected, and the alert rules you set. None of it is uploaded anywhere, because Frost has no server to upload it to.
Delete the app and that data goes with it.
Bluetooth
Frost uses Bluetooth for one purpose: to talk to your fridge. It scans for nearby devices only while you are pairing, and connects only to the fridge you choose. It does not use Bluetooth for location, advertising, or analytics.
Notifications
Alerts are local notifications generated on your phone by your own rules. No notification is sent through a server, and nothing about your fridge leaves the device to produce one.
Third parties
There are none. Frost contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no crash reporters. Nothing about you or your fridge is shared with anyone, because nothing is collected in the first place.
Children
Frost is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If this ever changes, this page changes with it, and the app’s App Store privacy label will change too. As long as it says “Data Not Collected”, it means exactly that.
