What This Blog Is About

I write about whatever I’m thinking about, learning, or working through. That ends up spanning investing, fitness, expat life, tech, padel, and plenty of random tangents.

If there’s a thread connecting it all, it’s this: I’m trying to live a good and balanced life across four areas — Health, Wealth, Relationships, and Wisdom. Most of what I write touches one of those in some way.
